Biren Saparia is the Systems Control System Manager for the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), the third largest municipal water and sewer utility in the United States. He leads the operation and maintenance group for water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Biren Saparia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University.
