ASEI-NCC would like to invite you to our 3rd Annual Diwali Dinner Gala at Rasoi Restaurant in College Park on Sunday, November 5th at 4pm. This annual event is to welcome the new batch of engineering students to the University of Maryland and to promote out professional network. This year, we plan to support the occasion, in honor of the Diwali, to the SURI foundation (www.surifoundation.org) in their pursuit of providing clean water and toilets to India, particularly in rural surroundings. The SURI foundation has already succeeded in its mission and with help from ASEI, this year plan to donate all proceeds from the event towards several new facilities in India and the Asian subcontinent. We encourage the community at large and the student to come and join us for this festive event and to learn more about ASEI, the SURI Foundation and our continuing partnership to bring technology solutions to underserved populations across the globe.
